Article 1. Part 2 of Article 108 of the Constitutional Law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly” of December 16, 2016, LA-9-N (hereinafter - Law), shall be supplemented with the words “or may be discussed in an extraordinary session or in a sitting of the National Assembly” after the words “in regular sittings”.

Article 2. Part 2 of Article 110 of the Law shall be supplemented with the words “or may be discussed in an extraordinary session or in a sitting of the National Assembly” after the words “in the regular sittings”.

Article 3. This Law shall enter into force on the tenth day following the day of its official publication.
