Article 1. Paragraph 6 of Part 1 of Article 4 of the Constitutional Law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly” of December 16, 2016, LA-9-N, shall be supplemented with the words “(in case a citizen has difficulty with mobility, also via videoconference)” after the words “reception of citizens.”

Article 2.  This Law shall enter into force on the tenth day following the day of its official publication.
